-Fistula is a common complication after laryngectomy and hypopharyngeal surgery.
-The present case reports the occurrence of recurrent fistula following total laryngectomy
-The fistulae are treated conservatively with complete healing .
-Second fistula is rare after healing of the first one especially if no secondary is detected .
